Gilmore Wellness Clinic is growing, and we are looking for a compassionate, skilled, and client-focused Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our multidisciplinary wellness team. We offer 59+ wellness and aesthetic services supported by advanced technology and a strong client base. About the Role
As our RMT, you will provide evidence-based therapeutic massage treatments and collaborate with our acupuncture, osteopathy, skincare, medical aesthetics, and wellness teams to support whole-body health.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality therapeutic and relaxation massage treatments • Perform assessments and create individualized treatment plans • Maintain accurate charting in JaneApp • Educate clients on wellness, injury prevention, and homecare • Collaborate with clinic practitioners to enhance patient outcomes • Maintain a clean, calm, and safe treatment environment • Participate in occasional clinic events, open houses, or wellness promotions
Qualifications
- Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) in good standing with CMTBC • Valid liability insurance • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Commitment to client-centered care and professional ethics • Experience with ICBC billing is an asset • JaneApp experience is preferred but not required • New graduates are welcome to apply
