Gilmore Wellness Clinic is expanding and seeking a skilled, client-focused Medical Aesthetician to join our multidisciplinary team. We offer 50+ wellness and aesthetic services, including RF Microneedling (Candela Matrix®), HIFU, IPL/Nordlys laser, facials, chemical peels, body treatments, and more.

About the Role
Our ideal candidate is experienced with advanced skincare treatments, technology-based aesthetic services, and client education. You will work closely with our practitioners, wellness team, and management to ensure consistent, high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform advanced aesthetic services including: — Clinical facials — Chemical peels — RF Microneedling (Matrix®) — Laser & light-based treatments (training provided if needed) — HIFU skin tightening — Acne, pigmentation & anti-aging protocols • Conduct skin assessments and customize treatment plans • Maintain accurate charting and treatment notes in JaneApp • Educate clients on skincare routines, homecare, and post-treatment care • Maintain treatment room cleanliness and proper sterilization standards • Assist in photos/videos for marketing & social media when needed • Provide exceptional customer service and promote treatment plans
Qualifications
- Licensed RN or LPN in good standing (BC College of Nurses)
- Certification in cosmetic injections (neuromodulators & fillers)
- Minimum 1 year of injection experience preferred
- Strong aesthetic eye and understanding of facial • Experience with laser devices, microneedling, or HIFU is an asset (training available) • Strong understanding of skin anatomy, product knowledge, and treatment protocols • Excellent communication and client-care skills • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively • Experience with JaneApp is an asset • Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented
