Gilmore Wellness Clinic is expanding our beauty and aesthetics team and is seeking a talented Eyelash Extensions Technician to provide high-quality lash services in our modern, fast-growing clinic. We offer 59+ wellness and aesthetic services and are looking for a Lash Artist who is passionate about beauty, detail, and delivering exceptional client experiences.
About the Role
The ideal candidate specializes in: • Classic lashes • Hybrid lashes • Volume / Mega Volume • Lash lifts & tints (asset but not required)
You will work closely with our aestheticians and wellness team to ensure smooth client flow and consistent service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform lash extension services safely, professionally, and with flawless detail • Conduct consultations and customize lash styles based on client preference • Maintain accurate client notes and photos in JaneApp • Sanitize tools and maintain a clean, compliant workspace • Educate clients on aftercare and lash retention • Participate in content creation (photos/videos) for marketing • Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and strong customer service standards
Qualifications
- Certification in eyelash extensions (classic, hybrid, volume) • Minimum 1 year of hands-on lash experience preferred • Strong portfolio or Instagram showcasing your work • Knowledge of hygiene, eye safety, and lash application techniques • Excellent communication and client-care skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • JaneApp experience is an asset but not required
