Permanent Makeup Artist

Gilmore Wellness Clinic is expanding our advanced aesthetics team and we are seeking a talented, detail-oriented Permanent Makeup (PMU) Artist to join our growing wellness and beauty hub. We are a modern clinic offering 59+ wellness and aesthetic services with high-end technologies, and we are looking for an artist who is passionate about creating natural, confidence-boosting results.

About the Role
As our Permanent Makeup Artist, you will deliver professional PMU services including: • Ombre/powder brows • Combination brows • Lip blush • Lash enhancement liner • PMU touch-ups & corrective work
You will work alongside our wellness practitioners, medical aestheticians, and management team to create a seamless, luxury client experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform PMU services with precision, safety, and client-centered care • Conduct thorough consultations and customize treatment plans • Maintain accurate client records in JaneApp • Educate clients on aftercare and realistic expectations • Ensure treatment room cleanliness, hygiene, and sterilization protocols • Assist with photos/videos for marketing and social media content • Uphold Gilmore Wellness Clinic standards for service quality & professionalism

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1–2 years experience in Permanent Makeup • Certification in PMU from a recognized training academy • Strong portfolio demonstrating healed and fresh work • Knowledge of sanitation, color theory, skin anatomy & facial symmetry • Excellent communication skills and client rapport • JaneApp experience is an asset • Able to work independently and as part of a team

Hours & Compensation

  • Flexible schedule – weekdays + Saturdays • Commission-based structure (competitive rate) • Tips fully belong to the artist • Staff Wellness Benefits: 20–30% employee discount on select wellness and aesthetic services after probation period
