I graduated from Dalhousie University in 2018 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Science (Kinesiology) and a Certificate in Disability Case Management. Currently, I am expanding my practice by attending graduate school at the Canadian School of Osteopathy and will be starting my third year of Osteopathic schooling in the fall.
In my practice, I aim to help individuals heal through movement and exercise, but I also strive to help each individual feel great about themselves as well.
In my spare time, I enjoy playing volleyball, going out to take photos, playing instruments, and going to the gym.
